DirectStay
This notice explains how DirectStay uses information submitted through the private property review request form. It is written for owner intake, not guest bookings.
Last updated June 4, 2026.
When an owner requests a private review, DirectStay may collect the name, email, phone number, owner group, property name, location, submitted listing links, current booking setup, and notes provided in the form.
We use submitted information to review whether DirectStay can help, prepare a private first look when appropriate, contact the owner about the request, and discuss owner-approved pilot terms if the owner wants to continue.
DirectStay does not use an intake request to contact guests, change Airbnb or VRBO listings, make the site public, make it bookable, or publish marketplace photos, listing materials, ratings, or review references without owner approval and confirmation that DirectStay may use them.
A first look is prepared for owner review. It is not intended to be searchable, public, or bookable unless the owner separately approves launch and the related content, inquiry, and booking setup.
Owners can ask DirectStay to correct or remove submitted intake information or a private preview by contacting us through the review follow-up thread. Some operational records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, or ordinary business records.
Reply to your DirectStay review thread, email harbor@directstay.app, or request a private review if you are starting a new owner intake.
