Villa La Percha is a private waterfront villa in the quiet Chalk Sound neighborhood of Providenciales, positioned between Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay. The villa is built for the trip to happen here: pool mornings, dock swims, and outdoor-kitchen dinners without having to turn every day into an outing.
Four spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fifth half bath off the main living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened lanai, and outdoor entertaining areas give one group room to spread out and come back together. Sleeps up to 8, one group, four en-suite bedrooms — no resort sprawl.
