Villa La Percha, the DirectStay founders' villa on Chalk Sound, presented as a direct-booking property

DirectStay · Built first for our own villa — Chalk Sound, Turks & Caicos

Own the guest relationship your OTA listings earned.

DirectStay gives vacation-rental owners a private, owner-approved direct booking path — without asking you to abandon Airbnb or VRBO.

01 — Same demand, better memory

Let the platforms find your guests. Keep the ones who want to come back.

DirectStay is not an OTA replacement pitch. It is a private, owner-approved way to make guests remember the property, understand the stay, and ask about dates in your branded setting.

Marketplace listing

Marketplaces can be great at starting the relationship.

  • Guests find the property
  • Platform shapes the path
  • Repeat guests often return there

The owner's direct home — same demand, more owner control

  • Property story and details in one branded place
  • Owner-approved inquiry and booking options
  • Repeat guests and referrals know where to come back

The real site is live — see it for yourself.

02 — Founder property

We built DirectStay for our own villa first.

Villa La Percha is the founders' villa. Before offering DirectStay to anyone else, we built its direct-booking site, guest answers, and inquiry path — the same way we would for your property.

Every detail an owner should expect is live there today: accurate stay facts, honest photography, local context, and a calm way for guests to ask about dates directly.

03 — How it starts

A first version, then your review.

01

Send one property

Start with a listing URL, website, or photos plus a few notes about what guests should understand.

02

Review a private dossier

We organize the property story, stay details, inquiry path, and owner questions before anything goes public.

03

Choose the next move

Revise it, pause it, remove it, or discuss a founder pilot after the basics feel right.

If there is enough material, the first private preview can usually be prepared in 1-2 days.

Private first. Owner approved.

A preview is a draft, not a launch.

Our review team prepares the private review materials, but the owner remains the decision maker before guest content, inquiry paths, or booking options go live.

No Airbnb, VRBO, or other marketplace content is published unless the owner approves it and confirms DirectStay may use it.

No guest outreach.

No public or bookable launch without owner approval.

04 — Founder pilot

Start with one property. Keep the commitment clear.

Property Nº 001 is ours, and it's live. The next properties are the pilot cohort — built one at a time, carefully.

Most owners can start with a listing URL and 2-3 notes about the stay.

Build fee

$0 upfront build fee

Monthly

$0 monthly during the pilot

Success fee

You pay nothing unless a booking you accepted came through your DirectStay site.

A 7% pilot fee applies only to owner-accepted bookings attributed under written pilot terms.

Owners remain responsible for rates, availability, taxes, payments, refunds, deposits, guest screening, and accepted bookings.

Start carefully

One property is enough to see whether DirectStay fits.
